Erica Thibodeaux has
studied and practiced meditation for 15 years. In 2005, she became a
student of Khentrul Lodrö Thayé Rinpoche where she studied dharma through
the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. Erica is a trained Mindfulness Based
Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner and facilitator through the Center for
Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Elle Newman has
also studied and practiced meditation for over 15 years, has 4 years of
experience teaching Vinyasa Yoga and leading meditation, and has over decade of
experience as a professional and personal coach. She is also a practicing
Reiki Master and a Reconnective Therapy Practitioner.
Together along with Sharon Beck they
form Agnitraya an organization that provides
support for individuals and organizations through teaching, coaching, and
organizational development.
